Leading global industrial company Schneider Electric completed the acquisition of AVEVA at the start 2023 to combine their companies’ expertise in energy management, automation systems and innovative industrial software.

Since inception, AVEVA has grown from a niche design software developer to a leading global industrial software company with a value of more than £10 billion. With operations around the globe, AVEVA is headquartered in Cambridge, UK. In September 2024 the company revealed it was investing £42m in a new manufacturing facility in Scarborough.
