Savills announces raft of East of England promotions

The Cambridge office of real estate adviser Savills has made eight promotions – the lion’s share of several such moves across its operations in the East of England.

Cambridge moves include Joe Last who was made an associate director in the Development team and Annie Darling who was accorded the same honour in the Residential Sales team. Molly Eyles in the Development team was promoted to associate, while Annabelle Steels was made a senior surveyor.

Within the finance department, Mark Roberts and Matthew Kao were promoted to associate level, while Clare White and Marianne Thompson were made senior staff.

In Norfolk, Richard Shuldham, Tom Clayton and Daniel Murphy were promoted to associate director in the Development, Residential Sales and Rural and Project teams, respectively.

In Essex, Tom Sharman was promoted to associate in the Planning team and Will Radbourne to associate in the Rural and Projects team. Grace Forster and Ailsa Plummer were made senior surveyors within the Development team.

In Peterborough, Philippa Dalby in the Rural Management team has been promoted to associate director, alongside Mark Thomas in the Architecture and Building Surveying team, and Molly Hughes in the HR team.

Richard Eastland in the Rural Management Hub has been promoted to associate, whilst Abby Parker and Laura Smith, who both work in the Compliance team, become senior staff.
