Records galore put Eckoh on Cloud Nine

The Hemel-based business provides customer engagement data security solutions; its first half was all about excellent multi-year contract renewals and the second new business wins.

Eckoh delivered a record level of total contracted business at £52.6 million, up 52 per cent and says the client transition to cloud-based solutions continued at pace, driving ARR and margin enhancement.

Profit was up eight per cent to £8.3m and an improved net cash position was ahead of market expectations at £8.3m (FY23: £5.7m).

CEO Nik Philpot said: "This was in many ways a milestone year for Eckoh, with record levels of contracts won, a record level of new business secured in North America and a record level of client renewals.

“It was also the first year when all new contracts won were for cloud deployments, illustrating the pace at which our cloud transition is proceeding, and whilst this has tempered our headline revenue growth it continues to improve our revenue visibility and margin.
