Record attendance for CWTEC 2024 AI special

The popularity of the conference reflected the growing importance of harnessing AI within critical systems for sectors such as telecoms, cybersecurity, healthcare and banking.

Among the special guest speakers was Professor Amanda Prorok from the University of Cambridge, who talked about their pioneering work in the deployment of AI within multi-robot systems.

Other guest speakers delved into how AI can enhance diagnostics, resilience, security and efficiency across critical industries to create a better, safer world.

The event also explored upcoming technologies and trends shaping the future of AI, fostering discussions on new models, hybrid systems and the importance of explainable AI.
