Prism facilitates sale of digital doyen to Finnish group
Cambridge technology M & A specialist Prism Corporate Broking has facilitated the sale of The Working Manager Limited, a Herts-based digital learning management platform provider, to Valamis Group Oy in Finland. Valamis is a learning experience platform provider.
TWM’s most recent platform, CareerBurst, was developed through a strategic partnership with Talent & Potential. It offers regularly updated and clear career guidance for employees as well giving management the tools to help support career conversations and progression.
CareerBurst and TWM’s learning platform technologies will be combined with Valamis’s own learning solution to offer businesses an end-to-end employee experience.
This will not only help employees develop and find career opportunities but also enable employers to reduce the high cost of employee turnover and staff shortages by upskilling staff and improving career mobility. The new enterprise will serve a diverse global client base and help over three million learners.
