Planners back major new development at Haverhill Research Park

Property developer Jaynic has been granted renewed outline consent for a commercial development of up to 44,000 sq ft – suitable for light industrial, office, research & development or laboratory space, at the Research Park.
The 1.85-acre plot 200 at Enterprise Way is the last remaining site at the research park and is available in buildings of 10-44,000 sq ft with bespoke design and build enquiries welcome on a freehold or leasehold basis.
A sale of the plot as a whole would also be considered. It is located adjacent to The Epicentre – a 30,000 square foot office and laboratory building with an on-site cafe and meeting/conference facilities and managed by Oxford Innovation Space.
Jaynic Development Director, Ben Oughton, says: “Following on from the success of The EpiCentre where there are some 38 businesses in occupation, plot 200 offers companies the perfect opportunity to be part of an established business location with on-site parking together with pub/ restaurant, nursery and café facilities all in one place.”
The plot has predominantly uninterrupted views along the A1307 with mature landscaped grounds including a footpath to the nearby feature lake. All main services are available to the plot and electricity of 750 KVA is allocated. Cheffins is agent for the scheme.
