Co-founded in 2019 by Professor Clare Grey and Dr Sai Shivareddy, the company’s technology builds on over a decade of research to bring end-to-end fast charging solutions to applications ranging from power tools and home appliances to electric vehicles and industrial robotics.

In July 2024, Nyobolt revealed it was in talks with eight vehicle manufacturers about adopting its fast-charging battery technology.
