Intellegens has further developed this work to build a unique Artificial Intelligence toolset that can train machine learning models from sparse or noisy data where other ML approaches fail. These capabilities are available through the Alchemite™ software. The development team continues to extend and improve Alchemite™ based on close collaboration with customers and partners.

The company whose clients include NASA, flew its temporary nest at the Barclays Eagle Labs incubator in 2023 and landed at Chesterton Mill. Intellegens technology is speeding the development of products from aerospace alloys to whipping cream by providing scientists with deep insights into their experimental and process data.

In November 2024, Intellegens unveiled a collaboration with the Materials Processing Institute to reduce emissions from nextgen Electric Arc Furnaces.
