Alloy and Proactive are existing tenants and have committed to taking new facilities. LoQus23 is taking offices at Granta Park in addition to its existing Babrabam Research Campus labs.

The McClintock Building is now set to be fully let once all the companies have completed their relocations.

Alloy Therapeutics, is a leading biotech company dedicated to empowering the global scientific community in the pursuit of better medicines.

A long-standing presence at Granta Park, Alloy has played a key role in the campus’s growing life sciences ecosystem. The company is now expanding beyond its current footprint at the McClintock Building, driven by continued growth and the completion of several significant strategic partnerships with global life sciences companies including Sanofi, Pfizer, and Takeda.

Proactive, a brand of AM Healthcare Group, has signed a new lease at The McClintock Building. As a private prosthetic and orthotic clinic specialising in state-of-the-art bionic limbs, Proactive continues to expand its commitment to innovation and exceptional patient care.

With a mission rooted in being “the providers in the market who put the patient experience at the heart of everything we do,” the new space will support Proactive’s ongoing growth while enhancing access to personalised, life-changing prosthetic and orthotic solutions.

LoQus23 Therapeutics – currently headquartered with a laboratory at Babraham Research Campus – has also signed a lease with BioMed Realty for additional office space. LoQus23 specialises in developing small molecule somatic expansion inhibitors for treating Huntington’s Disease and other triplet repeat disorders and will be using the space for further expansion following a successful raise of £35 million ($43m) Series A financing round last October.

William Clarke, Director of Leasing at BioMed Realty UK, says: “We are delighted to be able to support all of these organisations to grow, which we believe will further add to the rich diversity of Granta Park’s occupier pool.”

BioMed Realty was represented by Cheffins and JLL in these latest signings.
