The initial five-year contract, valued at approximately $1.4 million, is expected to generate annual recurring revenue of approximately $0.3m. There is also potential for future expansion. This contract marks 1Spatial’s expansion into another key federal department, the Department of Agriculture.

By implementing 1Spatial’s solution, the United States Forest Service will be able to make informed decisions on critical matters such as forest fire management and the preservation of healthy natural habitats for the nation.

1Spatial's solution includes its automated rules engine, 1Integrate, 1Data Gateway, and is one of the first sales of the recently developed Add-in to Esri’s ArcGIS Pro system.

These tools will enable the USFS to significantly improve the quality of its geospatial data while ensuring strict adherence to relevant legal requirements.

1Spatial CEO, Claire Milverton, said: “This significant contract marks a major milestone for our company, as it represents our first engagement with this federal agency. Our patented rules engine, 1Integrate, combined with our innovative 1Data Gateway for ArcGIS Pro, offers a tailored solution to meet the USFS's specific data management needs.

“We are confident in our ability to improve data accuracy, expedite processing, and ultimately support the agency's mission of protecting and managing America's forests and grasslands.”
