Eddisons reigns supreme for commercial property deals in East of England
Eddisons – whose Eastern regional offices are in Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds – consistently occupies this top slot in the East of England.
The rankings reveal that its agency teams completed 277 deals – almost 1,195,000 sq ft of space across all commercial property sectors – in a 12-month period to the end of 2024.
Within the regional rankings, Eddisons was also identified most active agent in Cambridgeshire, having completed 228 transactions.
Featuring in the East of England individual dealmakers region-wide rankings, Eddisons’ agents occupy three of the top 10 positions – Huntingdon-based Matthew Hunt number one, Peterborough-anchored Julian Welch number three and Peterborough colleague Gavin Hynes fourth-ranked region-wide.
Eddisons’ dealmakers occupy five of the top 10 slots across Cambridgeshire with Welch top, Hunt second, Hynes third, Joseph Berry (Cambridge) fourth and Stephen Power of the Huntingdon office seventh.
Eddisons’ regional success in the rankings is echoed at a national level where the firm took the number two agency slot in England for completing 707 property deals, covering over three million sq ft of commercial property space.
