Cambridge to the fore in healthcare acquisition
Helios is a full-service global healthcare communications group while Cogentia is a a consulting business of HEOR and a market access specialist which conducts research and data-led health analysis to help global pharma companies get products to market and ensure patient uptake.
Cogentia is recognised as one of the UK’s leading market access consultancies, handling projects across numerous therapeutic areas in markets throughout the world.
The move is designed to add another dimension to the capabilities of Helios Global Group, providing greater insights for clients around launch and furthering the company’s mission of improving global health outcomes.

Lake Falconer, who previously set up and grew PEMCF in Cambridge, led the Alfa Corporate Finance team that played a major role in the advisory aspects of the deal.
