Birketts lawyers advise nuclear engineering firm on acquisition

Founded in 1986 by Kevin McFarlane, Mactech is now operating under the direction of Andrew McFarlane, and following acquisition it will continue to operate as an independent and separate company, retaining its brand, offices, and market position under the ownership of Assystem Holding UK.
