Bailey Fisher appoints Ludo Chapman as new chair

Cambridge executive search firm Bailey Fisher, which specialises in technology and life sciences, has revealed Ludo Chapman as Non-Executive Chair.

Chapman has a wealth of experience in driving business growth and fostering innovation, as a founder, CEO and Chair/NED. He currently runs the Innovation Practice and has over 35 years’ business experience ranging from launching and leading startups to running a medium-sized business.

He began his career setting up a software training company, before becoming CEO of a scientific instrumentation business, Grant Instruments. More recently, he has assisted tech startups in attracting funding and leading product launches and sits on the board of several high-growth companies.

Bailey Fisher has a 25-year track record connecting ambitious companies with the high-calibre executives required to achieve their growth potential.

Chapman succeeds the retiring Non-Executive Chair Andy Swarbrick who served on the board since 2014.
