The Property Litigation offering in the Eversheds Cambridge office has gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months. The team has recently recruited Ben Fox, a newly qualified solicitor from local firm Hewitsons, who will complete its team of six litigators.
The firm has invested heavily in the region, with Senior Associate Richard New (who heads the team) and Associate Natalie Minott both moving over from the Birmingham office in the last 18 months.
Eversheds claims the team is now the largest Property Litigation team in Cambridge by some margin. It provides invaluable support to the busy Real Estate Practice Group, which comprises of some 50 fee earners, as well as acting for a variety of well known corporate clients such as Taylor Wimpey and National Grid on both leasehold and freehold disputes.
The Cambridge Office Senior Partner, Simon Tytherleigh, said: “The growth of the Property Litigation team is in line with the strategic investment that Eversheds is making in the local market and is testament to how busy our real estate teams are.
“The Eversheds team is recognised nationally as the largest specialist team in this area (comprising of over 60 fee earners) and the team in Cambridge offers strong and commercial litigation and interpretation advice to a number of high profile clients.”
