office2office acquires business out of acquisitionNorwich-based office2office plc, the managed procurement and business critical services group, has acquired from the joint administrators of The Print Factory London (1991) Limited and The DSR Group Limited, the trade and assets of the business process outsourcing (BPO) division.
These assets include two leasehold properties, certain employees of the BPO business and a wide range of customer relationships and contracts recently generating approximately £20 million p.a. of turnover.o2o plans to amalgamate this business and its assets with its own BPO activity, which operates under the AccessPlus brand.
The total consideration of up to £0.7 million will be met from o2o’s existing cash resources. Simon Moate, chief executive at office2office plc, said: “This acquisition is an important development, broadening our customer base and increasing our market coverage in the sector.
