The Northants based coding and labelling solutions company founded by Alan Willett developed an enviable quality and a global reputation. So much so that it was acquired by American giant, Danaher Corporation for £50m in 2003 and subsequently merged with Videojet. At its prime, the Willett organisation was engaged in the development, manufacture, marketing, sales and service of the widest range of coding and labelling solutions globally - from the coding of individual primary packages through to palletised goods. It offered software system integration capabilities and markets a full range of consumables, all of which were supported by global installation, training and service.
